原标题：云南省科学技术协会原党组书记、常务副主席张泽军，被“双开”9月13日，据云南省纪委监委消息：日前，经云南省委批准，云南省纪委监委对云南省科学技术协会原党组书记、常务副主席张泽军严重违纪违法问题进行了立案审查调查。张泽军（资料图） 经查，张泽军毫无纪律和规矩意识，既想当官又想发财，违规收受礼品礼金，接受可能影响公正执行公务的宴请，公车私用；在组织函询时不如实说明问题，隐瞒不报个人事项，利用职权为他人在工作调动、职工录用等方面谋取利益；官商不分，借用管理服务对象房屋与钱款，违规通过民间借贷等行为获取大额回报，违规从事营利活动，搞钱色交易；利用职务便利，为他人在工程承揽等方面谋取利益，收受巨额财物。张泽军严重违反中央八项规定精神、组织纪律、廉洁纪律、生活纪律，构成严重职务违法并涉嫌犯罪，且在党的十八大后仍不收敛、不收手，甚至在党的十九大后仍不知止，性质严重，影响恶劣，应予严肃处理。依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国监察法》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》等有关规定，经云南省纪委常委会会议研究并报云南省委批准，决定给予张泽军开除党籍处分；由云南省监委给予其开除公职处分；收缴其违纪违法所得；将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物一并移送。

In such a case, the receiving body’s immune system would reject the new organ, interpreting the different blood type as foreign.,So changing the blood type to the universal O would mean the donor organ could be used for people with any blood type.,“Our confidence was really boosted after we applied the enzyme to a piece of human kidney tissue and saw very quickly that the antigens were removed. 四 | 会议要求，要深刻汲取张泽军严重违纪违法案件教训，着力构建风清气正的政治生态。各级党组织和党员干部要旗帜鲜明讲政治，坚持以案示警、以案为鉴、以案促改，坚决肃清张泽军严重违纪违法案件恶劣影响，全面修复和重构风清气正的政治生态，推动省科协各项事业健康发展。
