Photo: VCGThe third China-US Track 1.5 Dialogue was held in Beijing on Tuesday, bringing together representatives from Chinese government departments, local governments and think tanks, as well as US representatives from organizations including the Asia Society, CCTV News reported.
Participants will hold discussions on how to enhance political mutual trust, expand economic and trade cooperation, and explore cooperation in artificial intelligence, science and technology.
Established in 2023, the dialogue operates between formal government-to-government diplomacy, known as Track 1, and purely nongovernmental exchanges, known as Track 2.
The dialogue has become an important platform for communication among political parties, strategic communities, business communities, academic institutions and civil society in both China and the US. Previous meetings have produced a range of concrete proposals for strengthening bilateral exchanges and cooperation in political, economic, trade, technological and people-to-people fields, according to CCTV News.

。日报讯（米彦泽、李沛哲）人工智能是新一轮科技革命和产业变革的重要驱动力量。雄安新区依托算力、数据、场景三大核心资源，构建了“院士引领、多平台支撑、实训育才、算力筑基、全域场景赋能、模数共振、模芯融合、要素集聚、安全治理、生态融合”的人工智能产业创新体系。构建多元算力供给体系。新区依托国际互联网数据专用通道和国内骨干直联网络，上线雄安国际算力一体化调度平台，链接国内算力超2万P，打造统筹、辐射全国、通达全球的一体化算力调度节点，为企业数智化转型提供高性能算力支撑。

二 | 推进模芯融合发展。

三 | 聚焦自主可控发展主线，新区推动大模型与国产芯片深度适配融合，形成涵盖百信服务器、安算一体机、“北斗+5G”芯片、太赫兹芯片等“四核九芯”自主创新产品体系。

四 | 强化全域场景赋能。新区面向各类创新主体开放全域城市场景，鼓励和支持AI+创新应用在雄安开展试点试验和规模部署。依托“百模大赛”，吸引千余项作品参赛。目前已引入极智嘉、稳准智能、洞见科技等100余家人工智能重点企业，研发AI大模型30余个，推动大模型在生产制造、运营运维等领域融合应用。开展实训育才。
